The challenge was relevance. The creatives were showing yoga to people who might be interested in yoga, but they were not speaking to why any specific person should walk into this specific studio. Broad wellness communication was not generating decisions. And the campaigns were serving impressions to users well outside a realistic travel radius of the studio.
Huddle was brought in to rebuild the creative and targeting system from the ground up, tighten the campaign to the studio's actual catchment area, and convert existing spend into measurable business.
For a local wellness business, relevance is more than interest.
The right audience needs:
A message that reflects their real needs
Reassurance that removes hesitation
A location close enough to take action
We built the campaign around all three.
We shifted every new creative from visual-led to tension-led. Instead of showing yoga, the ads named the specific problem a nearby professional or resident was walking around with.
Each ad was built on the PAS structure. Name the problem in the first line. Agitate it by connecting it to daily life. Present the studio as the accessible next step. This gave the audience something to see themselves in, which is what messaging campaigns need before anyone will start a conversation.
People believe they are not flexible enough, fit enough, or experienced enough to walk into a class. That belief kills conversion long before pricing or location does.
We addressed them directly through reassuring messaging that made the studio feel approachable. Beginners were welcome. This shifted the psychological weight of enquiring from "I am not ready" to "I can start where I am."
The reassurance layer worked in tandem with the PAS framework. PAS pulled the right people in. Reassurance kept them from talking themselves out of a conversation.
For an offline service business, reach without proximity is waste. A user who loves teaching yoga in Deira is not going to drive to Palm Jumeirah on a Weekday. Every impression served outside a realistic travel radius was budget spent on people who could not have converted even if the creative had been perfect.
We rebuilt the audience layer around Palm Jumeirah and the neighbourhood within a practical drive. Relevant lifestyle and intent signals were then layered onto that geographic foundation.
A strategic overhaul of creative, messaging, and hyperlocal targeting helped a Dubai yoga studio generate approximately ₹28L in business from ₹2.8L in Meta ad spend, achieving an approximate 10x
The reason the returns compounded was the ordering of the changes. The creative told the right story; reassurance removed the hesitation, and hyperlocal targeting ensured the story reached people who could act on it.
Any one of these on its own would have moved the number. All three at once is what produced 10x.
Going from 0.6 to 2.63 ROAS in 4 weeks is a category-correct rebuild. The lifestyle ads gave the audience a reason to want the product. The HNW targeting puts the want in front of the right wallet. Cost per purchase dropped because the system stopped paying for the wrong impressions.
